Went Amara for lunch yesterday, then at the same time decided to go see a doc for my baddy cough..It is getting too disturbing!!
I am coughing so badly till it annoyed everyone in my dept!
They all asked me to 'shut up' =(

Whenever the throat started to itch, i would cough non-stop for at least 20 secs!!
Totally unstoppable.. i need lozenges or sweets to prevent myself from endless coughing..

Not sure what to hv lunch at Amara, then came across a guy eating cha soba!!
Immediately after finding the seats, i went to get my favourite cha soba =)


$4 for it and it totally cant fill HALF of my stomach but at least soothing for my throat

After then, Val & Sue Ann chased me off to see the doc as they do not wish their food polluted by my virus hahaha!!

1st time to MHC Clinic in Amara..i entered the clinic @ 1240pm..
Initially found it rather big, with a few rooms..they have quite a number of doctors working in the clinic and some rooms meant for X-Ray , body check up etc..


Only a few patients at that time, so i felt the wait shouldnt be quite long.
But after 30 mins, totally no change at the queue number, no patient in or out of the room..
Rather weird!

A lady sitting beside me who came earlier than me got frustrated and confronted the receptionists..there were 3 girls at the counter...

Then they realised something really unusual..one of them went to check the 2 rooms and she came out and found no doctor is ACTUALLY around !!!

The lady got even annoyed!! one of the doctors actually went off coz of urgent matters, despite knowing there are already patients waiting for her outside

The receptionist then informed one by one that no doctor is around, they will only be back after 2pm..suggested us to go for lunch or go walk around and go back there after 2pm...

It was only 115pm, and the distance back to office is rather far for me.. not possible for me to walk back and fro..
I then told the receptionist, i already had my lunch and i hv no choice but to WAIT!!



My queue number 042.. the calling number shown 36 for the past 2 hours


Another unhappy patient at the counter..

Everyone just sat n wait...wait n wait..gong gong wait!!
Slowly the number of patients increase as time passed!

Finally around 2pm, seeing 2 docs back to the clinic..
I was the 3rd one for the consultation..

After consultation, they distributed the medicines also damn slow!!
The same lady kept grumbling and complaining to her friend !!

Aiyoo the service really jiatlat man!!


My medicine.. 4 of them but 2 can cause drowsiness which means i could only take them at night at home.. definately not in the morning, if not how to work man???

Wonders how many days for the cough to go away ??
