Could not manage to book flight under SQ..all fully booked..
SQ is always our 1st choice..but sighz
Left with no choice, we were left with the option 'budget airline - Tiger Airways'
We even paid another $25 each to get the front seats with more legs movement space..

1st time in my life to take flight under budget airline

Heard some info of budget terminal from Val when they went Bangkok.
So this time the very 1st time i took a true look of it..




About Budget Flight:
* Obviously totally could not compare with Terminal 1 and 2
* A terminal with some counters , A Han Restuarant , ATM machine and postbox were the major things i saw..
(U can queue up to 30mins for just a cup of coffee during peak hours)
* Check in are all manually written and done
(we gota wait for 1 n half hour till our turn,
If kanna group check-in damn jiatlat, gonna wait till they write the boarding pass one by one)
* No PC was used
* Each luggage only limited to 15kgs, surcharge damn expensive for each excess kg

* No outside food n drinks on the plane
(Most stupidiest rule !)
When we took our flight back SG, a group leader booked all the meals (20 meals) on plane..which left only sandwiches and cup noodles for others
My mum grumbled at them and was totally annoyed with such incident!
They do not allow outside food and all food they are selling are sold out, damn ridiculous
The flight is full and yet they only had 20 meals onboard ?????

The air-stewardess could only kept apologising to my mum.
Mum bo bian ordered 2 sandwiches and potato chips to eat..
Sandwiches costed $5 each !! the small can of potato chips cost $3..
their profit really damn outrageous!!
The whole journey i think they have sold almost 30-40 cup noodles !!!!
So many were hungry and yet no meals for them.
All they could eat was cup noodles!
Bet they really earned a lot from all the cup noodles sia!!

LOL mum was even thinking to throw in her feedback on them, haha but well, she claimed and announced she would not wan to take budget flight anymore next time hahaha !!!

Overall, how to compare with a difference of $300 in airfare ne ????
