Finally i m on leave today.... BUT i din realy get to rest at all... =(
I'm feeling lethagic now..

Kanna woke up at 730am by 'morning call via sms' then mum n dad were kinda 'forcing' me to follow them to the hospital i/o going there later...
Since i couldnt get back to sleep, i dragged miself out of the bed...
Time was almost 840am then...
i kept thinking i on leave but still gota get up so early *sobz*

Time : 930am arrived in the hospital...



Mum then had her blood test and weight checked... alamak! she gained 1 pound!
Who ever will believe she is a patient.. simply always eat non-stop..
All our relatives always tot they will visit a very sickly person, in the end my mum could walk around, scream around and even best... play mahjong during her recovery week from her treatment...but of coz i prefer to be in such a condition then always lie on bed...
i am relieved the treatments are doing fine so far so gd on her...

Around that moment, Val smsed me coz of work..
*slapz forehead* .. when i m not away from office, no one bother to ask things.. when i m away, issues come on the same day, esp, when u just take that particular day for leave after so long.. whats the problem with everyone ????
And when problem arises, my manager will start to pester Val whom will in turn got irritated and screamed at me on the fone.. and then i will start to grumble back.. hahaa...it has been always been in such a way..

At times, dunno y bother to cc your manager when she dun even know whats going on...
I wonder if she gg to praise of herself when i go back to work tmr that she was able to solve my matter when she knowz nuts of the issue... everytime i back from my leave, she always say that to me... *temp deaf tmr*

ok back to how i spent my leave....
After mum did the blood test and needed to wait for the result of the blood test to ensure mum is fit for her very last 8th treatment, we headed to the foodcourt for breakfast...

Time : 1030am
We had Ah Kun Loti for breakfast...
1st time i tried their breakfast set that came with 2 half-boiled egg, 4 slices of loti and a cup of tea...
I had a very fulfilling breakfast... till i simply dun feel hungry when lunchtime strike...


^It tasted great!!^

Time : 1100am - back to the medical centre for mum's treatment..

Nurse prepared all the needles, tubes and watsoever on mum...
treatment started around 1115am...


^treatment going to take 5 hrs... i almost wanna doze off^


1200pm - Mum's lunch arrived and she started Kpo with the nurse...



So sumptous - Katsu Bento, miso soup and ice-cream...

How about my lunch ??

When my uncle and auntie arrived around 200pm, dad went to have lunch together with them...
Dad bought black pepper chicken chop back for me... *i ate this twice in 2 days*
Luckily, it was very nice and was also cheap.. only $4.50 for quite a big pack..





^What a contented face, had nice breakfast and then a splendid lunch^



Around 3.15pm... finally waited till the whole treatment is over... my eyelids were so heavy!!
Simply doing ntg there beside chatting with mum, watched tv, read magazine etc....the centre was very quiet oso..

We left the place at around 430pm after we met the doctor..mum really can asked him a lot of questions...very handsome n young-looking doctor somemore...
A month of rest after today.., mum is going for another range of treatment again at TTSH....then she shd be on the track of resuming her normal lifestyle le by Oct.

We left the hospital at 445pm, almost dinner time... but in fact i dun feel hungry a bit at all...
Mum n dad must have their dinner 1st before heading home.. so i suggested to go to the newly renovated Tiong Bahru Market...never been there before after it reopened



Since i m not hungry, i had fried oysters... NICE !!! another nice meal !
Dad has prawn noodles while mum couldnt find anything that she could 'allow' to eat...she then decided on fried mee and some side dishes... poor thing.
She kept staring @ my fried oysters and dad's prawn noodles and grumbled that we both were on purpose...eating things that she like and she is not allowed to eat... lolx



Makaned till 545pm, on the way home...dad aligned me at Buenos Vista Mrt and i proceeded to meet up with Ben Nan Ren @ Tiong Bahru Plaza after his work.

I was like eating non-stop the whole day today
We arrived in PS..but cant decide what to have for dinner.
Ben Nan Ren was famished..while i m still so full...haha

We walked around and then suddenly we both stopped at different spots..
I was pointing to the air *actually wanna point and shown to him but he walked off and din noticed i have asked him to stop*
I was actually pointing to the board directory at the PS atrium showing a restuarant named
'dining at Sakae' ... and guessed what caught his attention and stopped some distance infront of me... - He saw the signboard 'Dining at Sakae'...
I turned and still pointing at the board , he was already way infront of me..
he turned back , mumbling something to the air ,and found out i was not beside him ...
Haha we saw the same wordings but at different notices hahahaha...
We din know Sakae is opening a branch there.. really caught us by surprise...

So without much tots, we landed ourselves @ 'Dining at Sakae'
( the menu slightly different from the usual Sakae)
The place is very cosy, big and classy.. quite like the atmosphere...
It was so cosy till nan ren can dozed off there...=X oops haha






After then , we went to Carrefour. I needed to get assorted nuts for my mum.
I almost fainted.. 500grams of nutz costed me $14 !!!

Almost 830pm, nan ren needed to return to his workplace while i headed home..
He got night operation today..
So chamz hor , only 2nd day of work.....
With the continous world cup matches nitez.. he is under super insufficient sleep..
that explained why he could easily dozed off anytime, anywhere... simply like a walking zombie..lolx

I have also given some considerations and tots these few days.... and decided to go for the comestic surgery soon..
Toked to mum about it as well, she dun resent on it... yeah!

Ok.. i should go to bed now... tmr back to work... *sighz*
