The moment i stepped into the office, SueAnn informed me that our freight system is down -.-"
Tot it will be down for just awhile, but who knows hour by hour have passed, the system was still down.
Everyone were totally unable to do any work...
The system really know how to choose a day to break down sia, chosen the eve of a public holi which is always the most busiest time for us..
MJ and doL were on leave today..

Many of us were like handicapped once we dun hv the freight system LOL..
Thus, in the end we could only kept answering the phonecalls either taking down the details or asking the customers to call back later...so paiseh sia.., then tried to reply some emails and surfed aimlessly online..
Val could even went out and MIA (with approval from Zu) for 2 hours to get her stuffs done
(to save time) since she cant do her work....haha my manager din even know she wasnt around...

When she came back and the system was still not fixed..


How sianz i was at work..
Contradicting feeling - to be happy or not be sad when the system broken down LOL


Simply lazing around, waitin for the system to be up..

Time almost 12pm, the freight system was still down...and slowly we could see people from other depts started to head for the exit and went for early lunch..
Almost half the day gone, nobody hv done any of their work..this was really bad!!!
We then went for our lunch as well.

Back from lunch, finally the system was fixed...
Then everyone was like into war battle and got so kan cheong to get all the pending works done as fast as they can LOL

By 330pm onwards, dunno wat happened, the phonecalls just came on coming in NON-STOP..!!!
Phones keep ringing.. we keep picking up like some kinds of machine robots..!
Obviously, our moods turned kinda nasty as well LOL LOL...cant help it when at times u tend to hear some stupid requests or enquiries from customers when u are already so busy..
I even hv to grumble and telling May 'can all customers just go home since tmr is a holi' haha!!'
The moment the phone rang.. i turned pekcek hahaha!!!

Even almost 530pm, the phonecalls still did not stop ringing !!
All endured..and endured till 6pm..but we left office at 7pm coz of Val..
She has to send out the final 'schedule' to our transporter before she could 'peacefully' leave office..haha!
Then after Sueann and i followed Val to Raffles Aries to shop for awhile before heading home., and i din buy anything...hehez..

Emotions that twirl me around and manipulates my mind
If only I wish I could have the answers ;
Tell me no matter what it is everything's gona be the same and not what I am fear of
Why do things have to change when there's an answer to it
Why can't everything be the same ;
It isnt fair at all, at least to me, I do not understand why things must be this way.
I do not want to gain something yet lose another but I do not have a choice
